Hi, my name is Simone. I’m the founder of Back on Track. I love nothing more than camping in the woods and enjoying a morning coffee under the tree canopy.
I also specialise in helping people getting back into healthy routines, back to running and back to living life with more connection to nature and to themselves.
I had my own athletics career for over 10 years in former East Germany as a sprint hurdler.
Following that and many years of neglecting my own body’s needs and health, the London Olympics inspired me to get ‘back on track’. I picked up running and became an Athletics & Running coach.
I now have over a decade of qualified experience and have helped many women in getting back to finding a sustainable and enjoyable fitness routine.
